Initiate Return
Visit your Order History in the Google Store and select the item you wish to return to print a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, power adapters, and manuals that came with the product.
Ship the Package
Attach the printed return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
